Was going to have dinner alone today .. Quite unexpectedly tat my mom never cook and i was asked by boss if i wanna have dinner together .. After a looong pondering session, ended up that he wanna try out this restaurant called Morton.. Went there last time to check it out before... From the exterior .. i would have guess tat it's those REALL posh restaurant.. Looking at the menu already given me a heart attack... An appetizer costed as much as a meal outside any restaurant... a whopping 30 bucks.. >GASP<... and the main course.. yup.. u guess it .. costed at least 60-100+ for juz a main course.. Erm..

Boss insisted in going in .. hehe so went in too .. to get exposed to the posh / high class env..
The moment we stepped in, its' kinda of like everyone is looking at u .. erm .. heh not becuz of our dressing .. but cuz we are the first few to went in .. and all the waiters and waitress are waiting on us .. haha never had i been so ravished with attentions.. They were like REALL polite.. and one of the manager intro himself and asked for our name.. hahah first time sia.. Lol .. now i sounding like a mountain tortoise.. haha ..
Anyway .. the ambience was REALL GOOD ... Compared to thursday lunch .. hmm cannot compare leh .. there was like a single waiter attending to a single table .. gosh .. there are definitely more waiters than guests initially.. hehe Then next the waiter came along and started introducing.. ya .. i mean REALL introducing the various meats they have to offer to us .. 1 by 1 .. can u imagine .. a whole cart lots of food neatly packed with a LIVE lobster by the side.. hmm guess the lobster got his 15 mins of fame..before he get slaughtered for the day.. The waiter was firing off like a machine gun.. didnt reall get wat he's trying to say anyway ... hehe when the menu came, i gotta like read through again .. Was given a BIG loaf of bread which i oni had 2 bite and so .. kinda wasted .. Ordered a crab cake for starters, ribeye steak for maincourse and cheesecake for dessert... had a bottle of "sparkling mineral water" to share.. Throughout the whole meal, the waiter was so attentive to us .. after every dish is removed.. he will use tis special thingy to clear up the table cloth... The bill came up to 300++ .. *gasp* .. tat's was the most expensive meal i had man ... for a 2 person meal of cuz ... Well at least the service was REALL good... and the meal is not bad too ... After which while i was heading home.. Saw this fellow blogger with her bf and all .. She looks so much nicer in real life haha.. oh well .. Now still trying to digest the X food i had .. Woo.. tink stomach aint tat good now .. cuz i seldom take beef.. Hmm.. Guess tat's 150 dollar down the toilet bowl now.. :P
